I definitely got my money’s worth with this purchase. Assembly was a breeze, and it looks gorgeous in the garden. The included planter box allows for adding flowers, making it even more beautiful.

I purchased two of these lights about six weeks apart. The first one provides illumination all night long, even after a cloudy day, which made me happy enough to order a second one. However, the new light only lasts about 30 minutes after a full day of bright sunlight. I’m disappointed by the inconsistency in product quality.
Twinkx Monsoon –
Disappointing. While these lights are simple to assemble and aesthetically pleasing, they come with halogen bulbs instead of energy-efficient LEDs. As a result, they consume more energy, and the solar panels struggle to collect enough sunlight during the day to power these inefficient bulbs. They become dim just two hours after sunset, and I live in Florida where they receive full sunlight. When I attempted to switch to an LED bulb, the lights ceased functioning completely, even after reinstalling the halogen bulb. I would recommend steering clear of this product.

I absolutely adore these planters! I purchased three of them and found them easy to assemble. The price is great, and I really appreciate the design. My only wish is that they were a bit brighter, but that’s just my preference. One thing I would recommend is securing them with stakes, as they can be top-heavy even when filled with potting soil and plants. Living in a windy area, one of them did topple over, so I’ve ordered stakes to prevent that in the future. They add a lovely touch of elegance to my front yard and provide some additional lighting at night.

These lights shine brightly every night! They receive full sunlight throughout the day for charging. We experience plenty of rain, but so far, I haven’t encountered any problems (knock on wood). I really appreciate the rich black color. I have mine placed on my patio where we enjoy grilling, and since we lack adequate lighting and outlets, this has been a perfect solution! I’m likely to order another set for the front yard.

I’m extremely pleased with this light post. It’s simple to assemble, looks fantastic, and adds a lovely touch to my garden. The light provides enough brightness to create a cozy atmosphere in the evenings. While it leans more towards aesthetics than serving as a powerful light source, the solar power aspect makes the brightness suitable for the price. For a flat surface like a patio or concrete, filling the planter with dirt keeps it stable, although you can add rocks at the bottom for extra weight. I wanted the look of it being on grass, so I removed a bit of sod and dug down about two inches, then filled it with pea pebbles to level it out. I placed the planter base on top and secured it with long plastic garden stakes from Home Depot, driving them into each corner through the pea pebbles and dirt. The corner holes are designed for drainage, but I enlarged them so my stakes would fit. Make sure to drill additional drainage holes if you’re securing it this way to prevent water accumulation for the plants. It’s now very stable and level, and I’ve filled it with a mix of potting soil and compost to plant some Sun Patiens.

I assembled this effortlessly and placed it in the front garden, burying it partially for added stability. It turns on at dusk and stays illuminated all night, turning off at sunrise. I’m very pleased with this product.

This product is excellent and straightforward to install. It provides bright light, and the solar power lasts until dawn. The pot is lightweight, making it susceptible to being knocked over in strong winds, but I placed bricks inside before adding dirt and plants, which made it sturdy. The high winds haven’t been able to topple it.

This light is incredibly bright—way more than I anticipated! I’ve seen others that don’t compare. I’m really impressed!
Amazon Customer –
Simple to put together, very bright, and the light lasts all night when positioned in direct sunlight all day.

The appearance of this light is quite appealing, but it definitely needs improvement in terms of stability. While adding dirt to the pot helps a little, it’s still not very sturdy. Living in West Texas, where winds can pick up significantly, I found that the light struggles to stay upright even in 15 mph winds. To address this issue, I placed it at the end of my front walk and used heavy-duty 12-inch tent stakes through the drain holes at the bottom of the pot. This adjustment made it much more stable, allowing it to withstand winds of 25-30 mph, though I wouldn’t trust it beyond that.
On the plus side, the light and solar feature perform well. Even after a partial day of charging, it lasts all night. So, if you plan to place it in a location with only mild breezes, it should work fine on its own. However, for areas prone to stronger winds, you’ll need to find a way to secure it.

Perfect for my seasonal RV site; it adds light to the dark corner without bothering my neighbors. I would definitely purchase again.

This is an excellent addition to my yard. It has a spacious solar panel that efficiently captures sunlight for recharging. It stands out as one of the brightest lights, illuminating my entrance beautifully. While it’s fairly tall, I wouldn’t mind if it were even taller. I planted sweet peas in the pots to climb the pole, but unfortunately, they didn’t survive. I also added solar lights around the pole for extra charm. Overall, I think this is a fantastic product, and if I had more space, I would definitely purchase more.
