This Halloween and fall-themed gift set makes for a great present for a fall birthday. The scrunchie and socks are both very soft and of good quality. The mug is adorable but a bit thin, and there’s no mention of whether it’s dishwasher or microwave safe. The bath bomb and bath salt add a lovely touch of self-care. While the rose soap smells great, it feels slightly out of place with the fall/Halloween theme; a more fitting scent would enhance the set. Overall, it’s a lovely gift option that comes in a ready-to-gift box.

This set includes seven items: a mug, a pair of socks, bath salts, a scrunchie (not a headband), a small “save the date” candle, a bath bomb, and rose soap. Some items have a strong fragrance. The quality of the products is mediocre—average at best—and I don’t believe the value matches the price. I’ve included images with measurements to show the actual size of some items, which are pretty standard and acceptable. Please check my video and photos, and make sure to refer to the seller’s photos and description (read it carefully). My aim is to provide an honest review, complete with visuals if needed.

I received the Decodinli Boo Gift set as a Halloween birthday gift for my niece, hoping it would be a fun seasonal self-care package. The box includes a mug, bath bomb, candle, socks, scrunchie, and bath salts. Some items, like the scrunchie and socks, were soft and seemed to be of decent quality, and the candle and bath bomb were cute with pleasant scents. However, the presentation was a major disappointment. The items were poorly packed, appearing to be hastily thrown into the box without any tissue or filler, making it feel unprepared for gifting right out of the package. There were also some odd details, like a “save the date” tag on the candle and a “love 100%” tag on the bath salts, which contributed to the impression of a mismatched assortment. While certain aspects of the set were nice, the lack of careful packaging and inconsistent quality gave it more of a DIY vibe than a polished product. If you’re considering this as a gift, be forewarned.

I was really disappointed with this product, especially since I recently bought a similar Halloween-themed box that was of much better quality. To start, everything felt haphazardly packed. If you’re planning to gift this directly to someone, it doesn’t come across as presentable at all. (I had to rearrange everything just for the photo.) It really needs some tissue or crinkle paper to enhance the presentation. In terms of quality, the items fell flat for me. The socks are mediocre, and the printing on them isn’t great. The little jar of bath salts is cute, but the tag saying “love 100%” feels out of place. The rose soap smells lovely, but it doesn’t fit the Halloween vibe at all. The hair scrunchy is oversized and looks like something from a dollar store. While the bath bomb and pumpkin candle are cute, the candle has a “save the date” tag, which makes it seem like random items were thrown together for this gift box. The biggest letdown was the mug, which was my favorite item but arrived broken and unusable. I’d recommend saving your money and looking for a different box.
UPDATE: Initially, I gave this one star, but I’ve bumped it up to three stars. While I still feel the items are lacking, the seller is fantastic! They reached out to me after my review regarding the broken mug and sent a replacement, which unfortunately was also broken. I let them know their packaging could use improvement, and they sent a third replacement, which finally arrived intact. I’m thrilled to have my adorable pumpkin mug! Although I still don’t think the box itself is great, the seller’s responsiveness has been commendable.

The items feel somewhat random, and some of the phrases are a bit odd (“Love 100%” and “Save the date”), but they can easily be removed if you’re gifting them. The quality isn’t the best, but it’s acceptable.

While the scents of the soap and candles were a bit strong for my taste, they weren’t overwhelming. However, those sensitive to fragrances might find them too intense.
