I own the Gourmia 8-Quart Digital Air Fryer with a window and light, and while this one is slightly smaller for my kitchen space, it’s still quite good! I didn’t pay much attention to the exact dimensions when I bought it (oops), but there’s about an inch of extra space. Initially, there was a bit of a smell, but after a few uses, it improved significantly, making it a great value! Cleaning is definitely easier, but if you’re looking for even less hassle, consider a model with a smooth surface. The ridges on this one are great for cooking but can make cleaning a bit trickier.

I’m not sure if it’s food grade, but it’s easy to lift out once it cools down (or you can use tongs). Having two of them means I always have a spare ready for use. I no longer have to deal with greasy paper liners that tend to float and burn. My dog enjoys checking them out before I toss them in the dishwasher, and they fit perfectly in a 6 qt basket.

I’ve been using these almost every day for months, and they’re fantastic. They still look just as good as when I first got them, and they’re incredibly easy to clean.

I chose these pans because of their size; they’re slightly smaller than most others, which makes them fit perfectly in my Philips 4.2L fryer without any side edges getting crammed. I also hope that the taller ridges at the bottom will allow hot air to circulate around the food better, as opposed to having the food sit directly on the base or having shallow ridges. The pans seem “relatively” sturdy, though the sides are a bit wobbly, while the bottom is reinforced. Overall, it’s fine since I don’t plan to overload them, so I don’t foresee any issues. One downside: it took almost 2 hours for the pans to air out before they stopped steaming. While they are completely odorless now, the long duration of this process left a less-than-great impression.
